Applicable Law

Any action related to these Terms will be governed by Delaware law and controlling U.S. federal law. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of any proceeding to enforce these Terms and waive any objections to venue in these courts.

Changes/Updates to Terms

Intelectual Property Notices

Mageni is an ancient Hebrew (מָגֵן) word which means "My Shield" and/or "My Defender" and is registered trademark Mageni Security, LLC. In Japanese it comes from the word Mugen (無限) which is translated as Unlimited, Endless and Limitless. All other product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Copyright Infringement

If You believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Mageni Security, LLC's copyright agent the following written information: (1) a signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (2) a description of the copyrighted work that You claim has been infringed upon; (3) a description of where the material that You claim is infringing is located on the Site; (4) Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (5) a statement by You that You have a good-faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized; and (6) a statement by You, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in Your notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
