Summary
This test checks the setting for policy 'Choose how BitLocker-protected fixed drives can be recovered: Recovery Password' on Windows hosts (at least Windows 7). The policy setting controls if and how BitLocker-protected fixed data drives are recovered in the absence of the required credentials. The setting is applied when if BitLocker is turned on. The option is used to specify whether users are allowed, required, or not allowed to generate a 48-digit recovery password.
