For the stable distribution (wheezy), these problems have been fixed in version 0.9.12.3-1. This bugfix point release also addresses some additional bugfixes. For the unstable distribution (sid), these problems have been fixed in version 1.2.1-1. We recommend that you upgrade your libvirt packages.
