Summary

This test checks the setting for policy 'Prevent installation of devices that match any of these device IDs: Also apply to matching devices that are already installed' on Windows hosts (at least Windows 7). The policy setting specifies a list of Plug and Play hardware IDs and compatible IDs for devices that Windows is prevented from installing and applies this also to already installed devices. The setting takes precedence over any other policy setting that allows Windows to install a device.
